Your face, your data.

Your email — when you open a free draping room or buy anything. We use it to deliver your results and, with your consent, to send occasional emails (style tips, launches, offers). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.

Your photos — the selfies you upload for the draping room and the analysis. They are used only to run your color analysis and to show your draping room. We never post them, share them with other users, or use them for advertising.

Payment details — we never see your card number. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a payment provider used by millions of businesses.

Usage analytics — we collect anonymous-level product analytics (which pages are visited, which steps are completed) to improve the product.

Analysis results and photos live in a temporary session store: 24 hours for paid analyses and 7 days for free draping rooms. After that they are automatically deleted. Download your palette card before your session expires.

Your email address and consent record are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your photos are analyzed by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to read undertone, depth and contrast. Photos are sent to Anthropic for processing only; per Anthropic's API terms, your photos are not used to train their models.

Only the services that run the product: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI analysis), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (temporary session storage), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (analytics). We never sell your data. No data brokers, no ad networks.

Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any email. Want your data deleted entirely — email included? Write to us at hello@trylayerup.comand we'll erase it.
