Terms of Use

A styling app: you photograph your clothes, build outfits, track what you wear, and optionally generate an AI model of yourself to try looks on. It is style guidance, not a guarantee of fit, color or appearance, and not medical, dermatological or professional advice.

You need to be 13 or older. Keep your sign-in email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

• Free includes up to 50 closet items and 20 outfits, and a starter set of AI credits.
• Layer Up Pro is a subscription billed through Apple: monthly, or yearly with a 7-day free trial. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app and may change with notice.
• Credits power AI features (model generation, try-on, cut-outs). Pro includes a monthly allowance; anyone can buy credit packs. Credits never expire while your account exists and have no cash value.

All purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are decided by Apple; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Credits used are not refundable by us.

The $5 color analysis and the Color Book PDF are sold on trylayerup.com and paid through Stripe, not Apple. The analysis stays available for 24 hours after purchase; the Color Book is delivered by email and licensed for your personal use — please don't redistribute it. These are digital products, so we don't offer cash refunds for them; if you're unhappy with your analysis, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a free retake or store credit. (App purchases are handled by Apple as described above.)

Your photos and outfits are yours. Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission, and only clothing images you have the right to use. You give us the limited permission needed to store and process your content to run the service. Don't upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that isn't yours.

Models and try-on looks are AI-generated from your photos and are approximate. Don't rely on them for purchasing decisions that can't be returned, and don't present a generated image as a real photograph of yourself or anyone else.

Don't overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Delete your account any time from Profile. We may close accounts that break these terms. Sections on content rights, disclaimers and liability survive.

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
